Paul Cutler

Paul has been an active member of our church for almost 20 years. He served on the Official Board as the Chair of our Ministry and Personnel Committee, and offered valuable input into our Strategic Planning conversations, the Words to Live By group, and the church choir. Paul had wonderful technogy skills, and was instrumental in helping us set up the PowerPoint projection equipment for worship, and the Internet access points throughout the church building. When the pandemic hit in 2020, he worked with Rev. Steve to transition our worship services online. He edited the music videos for hymns, managed the tech during worship services, and developed hundreds of PowerPoints for our week night evening worship services. We miss all the different contributions he offered, and even more his warmth and unflappable personality.

The funeral Service will be on Tuesday August 30, at 7:00 pm ET.

The service will be in-person at Forest Hill United-Church, and available online by Zoom and YouTube, using the same links that we use for our Sunday worship services. Please follow the instructions in the green box on this page to connect remotely.

Following the service, some of Paul's ashes will be scattered in our Memorial Peace Garden. We'll then go back into the building for a reception, hosted by the Forest Hill United Church Women
